Radarr not moving files from download to movie

I currently have all my files in one folder but radarr likes the files to be in sub folders folder and not sub folder - I was thinking of moving them all into subfolde. cloudrive have to download all the cache and information and scan again once I My Movies library is setup into sub folders as you suggested.
